Partners:

John Mann FRICS. FAAV. FFB. joined the firm in 1961 and was born seven miles north of Dereham Town in Brisley a rural village with a huge open common. Although he is from a farming background and still runs the family farm his main involvement is surveying and valuing.

Andrew Cross was born in Dereham Town and joined the firm in 1981 straight from Hamonds Grammar School in Swaffham. He became a partner in the firm in 1995.
